About Me

Marci Rush, aka "The Knot Whisperer" graduated from High Tech Institute in 2005 in Kansas City, MO with honors; obtaining a AAS in Massage Therapy. She began her career in the Spa/Wellness industry over a decade ago. LOVING massage but unable to support herself, she took a risk in the midst of the financial collapse in 2009 to open her private practice Body Renewal Therapeutic Massage. Which unfortunately her dream life expired in Kansas City in 2020 when the pandemic rocked the world. 

Marci is insured by MMIP, and licensed by the State of MO. She also taught massage part time at Wellspring School of Allied Health from 2017-2019

She has been listed as Best Massage in 2019 435 Magazine Readers Choice and Americas Top 10 LMT in Kansas City as well as many other accolades during  her time in Kansas City.

Having been gifted a second chance to redeem her career, February 2024 she is now located at the Uptown Style and Salon in Higginsville, MO.
